• APZ collective packaging machine – cartoner working in Wrap Around mode, processes the cartons supplied in a flat form being both logistic package and exhibition package i.e. display without top cover (after removal of the perforated parts). • Automated HC cartoner (cartoner, horizontal cartoner) of HC series i.e. horizontal cartoner - fully automatic cartoner erects cartons picked off from a magazine by means of vacuum and suction nozzles after that places the carton into continuously moving flight chain conveyor using turn around mechanism. The chain works continuously or in a start-stop mode. The product can be placed either automatically or manually into the product bucket conveyor and is then loaded into the carton. The product buckets slide over to the carton opening at point of loading thereby allowing close control of the product. The machine is fitted with a no carton no product reject unit which discards the product outside the guard line of the machine. After loading the carton glue is applied to the bottom minor flaps, which are closed and sealed automatically. Powered side belts discharge the cartons from the machine
• BRICK LINEAR – Linear forming and wrapping machine working in Bottom Fold mode (packaging in packets). This way of packaging offers the best protection to products of different consistency without the necessity to seal it. The wide range of dosing systems we offer allows you to package wide range of products you manufacture including natural butter, milk fat with vegetable fat mixes, ice cream, margarine, cottage cheese, minced meat, lard and others. The device uses flat packaging materials such as aluminium foil laminates, greaseproof paper and natural foils on rolls.
• RM - ROTARY MACHINE. Automated filling and closing machine. This machine is used to package food products inside cups, closed with heat sealed aluminium seals or/and plastic clips. • LM - LINEAR MACHINE. Automated filling and closing machine. This machine is used to package food products inside cups, closed with heat sealed aluminium seals or/and plastic clips.
• SPARROW 9000 – Automated packaging machine working in Flow Pack mode, continuous mode of pillow packaging, uses flat packaging materials feed from rolls, hot / cold sealed packs.
