INMER-LINE it’s a modern extrusion line for ice-cream production for example: ice-cream in stick, cones (“ball cone” type), sandwich (brick), bars, layer cakes and rolls. Equipment of the line enables for extruding many type of ice-cream, chocolate coating with or without nuts, “product in product” type production and also for hardening and packaging. The line can also hardening other type of ice-cream, which were produced on another line. Capacity of the line – to 9000 pieces/hour.
INMER-LINE has a modern hygienic construction, which permit for quick re-setting to different types of products, including ice-cream with juice coating (liquid nitrogen). The line is completely automated due to its’ electronic synchronization and servo-drives on most of stations, and packaging machine Flow-Pack type. All of this is a result of limit personnel number involved, reduction of energy consumption and achieve required capacity at the same time.
The ice-cream is extruded directly into a tray, which is made of stainless steel AISI 304, on machines’ board, where pump washing station is placed. Extrusion of the product it’s an interrupted process, while product is cut for portion by “hot wire”. In case of ice-cream cakes or cones, dosing is performed by “time-lap” feeders, installed on special station with servo-drives.
After dosing, product is transported to the hardener, where stayed for a while to full hardening. Following, the product is coating with chocolate or juice. After coating, product is moved by tong conveyor, where congeal is going. Then, the product is directed to the Flow-Pack packing machine, model SPARROW.

Components of the line:

  1. Hardening chamber:
    • Made of thick polyurethane panels 170 mm
    • The floor in the chamber is made of stainless steel AISI 304, has a tap-off trench.
    • The door of the chamber is made with the preheating function. It can be opened from inside in case of emergency.
    • The chamber is mounted on special foot for air circulation
  2. Conveyor for trays (4 meters)
    • Two spiral conveyor for hardening ice cream with a set of trays – 600 trays (time of hardening 18 minutes)
    • Desktop: extrusion line with the stick insertion unit.
    • Control panel is equipped with the touch screen panel B&R. It is used for displaying of all parameters of the production line (capacity, temperature in the chamber, temperature of the chocolate, ice cream quantity and many other parameters. Control panel is used for setting up the parameters of the machine.
    • The main drive with temperature and clutch control is equipped with vector frequency converter, which provides the smooth start and performance monitoring.
    • Automatic trays washing station allows to wash trays before or after  work on the line. The station automatically dispenses the detergent and has drying function.
    • Automatic system of chain drying and lubrication.
    • 600 trays. Size: 300x300.
    • 25 additional trays
    • Special cord which provides emergency stop from any place of work.
    • Two encoders for synchronous work of digital servo drive.
  3. Vertical extrusion line for ice cream making
    • Cutting system using the string
    • String temperature regulation.
    • Digital servo drive ACOPOS for synchronous work of cutting with tray conveyor.
    • Pneumatic system for pulling out cutting station behind the desktop for launching.
    • One color extruder of the “magnum” type (shape as desired)
    • Special mixer for two ice cream mass and syrup with the twisting.
    • The pump for feeding the mixer with the syrup.
    • Stick insertion unit in to the ice cream. For one size only
    • System for ice cream removing from the trays.
  4. Ice cream holding conveyor
    • It is used for ice cream transportation from the trays to the pocket conveyor with dipping in chocolate function.
    • Digital servo drive ACOPOS for holding conveyor synchronization with tray conveyor. Special forceps with blocking function during opening and closing. Which significantly increases the service
    • The system of forceps picking up in case when production line stops
  5. Ice cream dipping in chocolate unit.
    • The tank of ~50 litters has chocolate heatting
    • Chocolate circulation with level control.

  6. Pocket conveyor
    • Transportation belt with the pockets. Made from stainless steel.
    • Transportation unit of ice cream to the packing machine.
