ROTARY – servo – mobile universal rotary machine for produce ice-cream in cones and cups to 0,5 liters and also family ice-cream. The machine is made of stainless steel, has round working table, on which there are all necessary stations from automatic package passing station to automatic closing station and exit already made product. In dependence on capacity, the machine has one or two rows of seats. For easy working and produce the most wire assortment of ice-cream, the machine is equipped with dosing station on servo-drive. The level panel facilitates for example easy adjustment of working feeder, which is very important in specific product dosing. For servo-station, feeders can work both with low and wide package and tall and narrow package, which isn’t possible on mechanical drive. The machine has pneumatic elements made by FESTO and programmable controller B&R with color panel “touch screen” type, which shows all machines’ functions. The software permit for fluent regulation of the machine, easy readjustment to working conditions, regulation of feeders movement, place and time of delay for receive beautiful rosettes or caps, informs about diagnostic conditions and alarms. A wide assortment of feeders allows to increased ice-cream assortment. For example: one and two color round feeder with syrup inside and 6-8 tubes for circular syrup, or “manhattans” type feeder – two or three colors curved with layer of syrup, etc. The capacity depends on machine version - from 1000 to 5000 pieces/hour.
