Thanks to modern technology, you can produce ice cream of different types. The machine is made according to individual order, and can be equipped with feeders of different type, extrusion and decoration station etc.
More demanding customers, have possibility to install stamping station for making stamps on ice-cream (depends on project), and also hardening station for closing plastic package by transparent foil before it’s closed by cover.
The line is made of stainless steel AISI 304, is equipped with pneumatic elements made by FESTO. The line is controlled by color sensory panel “touch screen” type made by B&G.
The programmable controller enables to fluent readjustment of working conditions, easy control of machines’ functions, informs about diagnostic status.
Application of servo-drives ensures precise dosing to any type of product. The machine can produce ice-cream with different ingredients and also with syrup and pieces of fruits.

Capacity depends on the type of product and can be raised to 20 000 pieces/hour.
