The filling and wrapping machine: BRICK LINEAR

BRICK-LINE is is designed for wrapping such goods like ice-cream, ice-cream with wafers, cottage cheese, lard or butter in bricks. The packaging material: aluminum foil, paper or foil based on natural mineral components.

All elements of the machine are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or plastic POM and PE.

The machine can be equipped with hygienic chamber. Hygienic packaging chamber -  insulating packaging area from external influence. HEPA filtering system with laminar flow clean air space protects the product packaging. The products are protecting against secondary infection. Chamber with filters to meet the highest hygienic requirements, because the filters used do not let any particles larger than 0.5 mm. Filters meet the requirements of PN-EN 1822.

It can be either equipped with Ethernet connection unit for remote diagnostic of the machine. Permanent IP address is required.

Machines’ functions are checked by color sensory panel “touch screen” type.

Programmable controller ensures: easy control of machine’s functions, fluent readjustment to working conditions, information about alarms and diagnostic status.

System of automatic package collects is equipped with optical fiber sensors allows to precise cutting by the mark or given length.

There are different sizes of the package available.
