Vertical Cartoning Machine (TLC) – it’s an automatic line for packing goods by 2,3,4 or more pieces into mini-cartons (“multi-pack” type). Vertical units orient the boxes so they can be loaded and sealed from the top.

The line consists of the following machines:

1. FORMING MACHINE it’s a mechanical machine for folding carton boxes from cardboard sheets and closing them at the bottom. The machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and may be equipped with one or two folding heads, where carton boxes are closed by small hooks.The machine has control panel and pneumatic system made by FESTO.
2. Automatic line for closing boxes, model CLOSING MACHINE works on the line with Forming Machine. Format regulation is performed by manual controller with analog indicators. It is equipped with pneumatic elements made by FESTO and touch screen panel made by B&R which  displays the machines’ functions. Programmable controller allows fluent readjustment of working conditions, easy control of the machines’ functions, informs about alarms and diagnostic results.
   
   

The machine is equipped with transparent sliding guard shields made of polycarbonate and opening sensors.
According to customers’ requirements between the machines, conveyors may be installed.

Capacity: 40 cartons/minute (using one folding head)
